Note: If you do not already have a PayPal account, you can still pay via PayPal -- you will just be asked for enough information to validate the credit card number you give. They will no doubt also offer you a chance to give them more information and to open an account with them. You do not need to do that.

New owners joining to exchange: Make sure you have submitted the property you would consider exchanging before making your payment (we will not send you the password if you haven't signed up a property). Then proceed to the payment section below.

Exchange Membership Renewals: Proceed to the payment section below.

Year-end exchange signups: If you are an owner wanting to exchange, and have never paid before, but want to become a paid exchange member and it is very late in the year (like Nov. or Dec.), go ahead and pay, you will be credited through the next year.

365 day listing fee for owner listings in the re-sales database (paid as part of the listing process)	$15 per listing

Payment by Mail

If you choose to mail your payment instead of using PayPal:
You may pay any Ownertrades.com fee by mail, just be sure to include your email address, a description of what you are paying for and, if a business, include your business name. Make your check or money order payable to:	Ownertrades.com 4355 C.R. 16 Canandaigua, NY 14424

Owner payments for access to the Exchange Database:
Click on the logo at the right to pay just the $10 annual fee for access to the Exchange Database ====>. You must use this logo link even if you already have a Paypal account -- you will still be able to use your account

Broker Payments for Resales Listings and Advertising:
For all advertising and resales listings payments via PayPal, you must use the shopping cart below. It will allow you to make a single payment for multiple listings or advertisements. If you already have a PayPal account, you will still be able to use it to send your payment

At any time you can review what you are about to purchase:

If your payment entitles you to a password for the Exchange Database, you will receive your username and password when the webmaster receives confirmation of your payment.

Additions to the Exchange, Listngs, and Advertising databases will be incorporated at the next database update. Normally this will happen within one or two days, but if we happen to be on vacation, it could be a few days before your data shows up.
