	Owners free property listings are generally up for a year, but they may be renewed indefinitely until the property is sold. Paid broker listings are good for a year from the billing date, or until the property is sold, whichever comes first. They may be renewed a year at a time upon payment of the annual broker listing fee. Once a fee has been paid and the listing made available on the site, no refund of listing or advertising fees will be made for any reason whatsoever. As a property lister, you agree to notify ownertrades.com of the ID of any property which has been sold so that the listing can be removed from the database. __________
