Our Marriott timeshare rental section is open for business Owners can
rent their
properties on their own avoiding broker fees, just as they can avoid broker fees in our Resales Center. We are saving you big $$$ !!
Our rental listings are treated just like newspaper listings; they cost
a fixed amount and they run for a fixed time period. Rental listings cost $5 each and
expire in
90 days, so keeping a listing up for a year would cost
approximately $20. Renewals are treated as new listings, must be
re-entered, and will be good for approximately 90 days from the date
they are posted.
