AOL induced problems

  

AOL members have reported two occasional problems. If you run into either of these problems, they are highly likely to be solved by using a different browser than AOL's

Problem 1: 

You cannot successfully pay the $5 rental or $15 resale listing fee so you can't get to the page where you complete your listing..

  
Problem 2:

You cannot successfully login to the Exchange Searches even though you have a username and password for the current year.

  
The Solution:

Try a different browser, especially if you are using AOL, which apparently sometimes has some weird settings that prevent it from working with this site.

  
Your computer most likely already has Internet Explorer installed. You can access it by clicking on the Start button at the lower left of your screen and selecting the sequence Start / Programs / Internet Explorer.  There may also be an Internet Explorer icon showing on your taskbar which you can click on to start Internet Explorer.  Once you have started it, use it to come to this site.
